Time

by Natalie Raper

Change is eternal. It is all around us, and we cannot escape it. In the distance, what will come is barely within eyesight. Is it to be viewed with fear or acceptance? Joy or annoyance? Must it be one or the other? Dawn has made herself known. She is stretching out her arms. With an early morning's light, change can be seen with new eyes. The sky is growing lighter, as does the burden of the unknown. This is a new day. Change comes regardless of our feelings. It is all around us. We must understand that and allow our bodies and minds to be part of the process.
