Tumbling Knowledge
by Agnes Clarke
Like the tumblers in a gaming machine each piece gains rhythm written
The mind awakens restlessly to knowledge freely given
In tumbling form each book is placed like an avalanche unpacked
But with cunning skill the builder holds the key to unlock his stack
Systematic logic ingrained within the mind bringing a sense to chaos here
Each treasure in pages old the dusty forms of learning clear
In solitude and quietness he sits with diligence and grace
A lifetime work of study written for posterity in place
